We woke Lucy up at the crack of dawn so that she could enjoy every moment of her first Easter. Yeah right--we would never wake her up early! Did you really believe me?? 
We filled her eggs with Lucky Charms, and it only took her a second to figure out that the colorful ones were delicious! After that discovery, she sat in a semi-zombie state, picking through her eggs until all of the marshmallows were gone.
It was kinda cute, and then it was kinda scary as the sugar high set in...

If she could talk, she would have shouted that Weebles are the bomb!!
We decided to go for a walk to diffuse some of the marshmallow crazies. It was a beautiful day! I put the exclamation because we have been wearing parkas and hats/gloves lately, not shorts. It felt great--like spring should.
Later on, Lucy got her party clothes on for dinner at Uncle Darrel and Aunt Jenn's house. Doesn't she clean up nice??
We had a delicious meal and a very fun day!

She looks like such a big girl in the 1st one! Definitely more toddler, less baby looking!
And love her all dressed up too! and her LUCY shirt--clever! :) Super cute. I can't believe you actually gave her marshmallows!
